Location is near the Termini Station.

Room on the street side was very noisy. WiFi was very unreliable. Free breakfast consisted of a pastry and coffee. No other choices were offered.

The room was cozy an d clean and the staff very friendly. Given the prices in rome the price of this b&b was fine. We had breakfast at a cafe near the hotel.

The entrance of the building. This b&b is located in a building with other hotels. Although the hotels inside are renovated the entrance is old and dirty.

Convenient location and friendly service. It was also good that we could go to the bar downstairs to be checked in whilst the owner was out.

Bed was a bit firmer than we would prefer.
